April 2021 – April 2022

  • I led the onboarding of new acquisitions, developed a unified website for all
    products and services, and launched a chatbot, live chat, and WhatsApp
    support. These initiatives generated over 1,000 leads annually across all
    products.
    • Led the launch of our new charge point division in the UK, Belgium, and the
    Netherlands. Responsibilities included market research, strategic planning,
    coordinating cross-functional teams, developing marketing materials, and
    executing targeted campaigns, resulting in successful market entry and brand
    establishment in all three regions.
    • Managed the end-to-end development and execution of highly targeted and
    engaging email campaigns, resulting in a 30% increase in open rates and 10%
    click-through rates
